ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Project & Technical Documentation: Maintain project and technical documentation in an appropriate manner while strictly following applicable departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions.
Operational Execution: Execute day-to-day clinical project tasks ensuring high standards of productivity and quality, operating effectively within an office setting with extended terminal usage.
Quality Assurance & Verification: Perform regular quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with trial requirements.
Issue Escalation & Training: Complete all mandatory departmental training modules within required timelines and ensure timely escalation of project issues to management.
Technical & Domain Standards
Clinical Trial Support: Familiarity with clinical project documentation, study maintenance processes, and SOP adherence.
System & Productivity Tools: Capability to effectively utilize departmental computer systems, task-tracking applications, and office software.
Leadership & Impact
Operational Accuracy: Deliver consistent, error-free documentation and operational support to ensure trial data integrity and project timeline adherence.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional project teams and project leaders to streamline day-to-day study execution.
