ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

The company is inviting applications for the position of IPQA Trainee in the Quality Assurance (IPQA) department at its Kothur, Telangana facility. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Perform and monitor in-process quality assurance activities during manufacturing.
Carry out line clearance activities during manufacturing, warehouse, and packing operations.
Monitor cleanroom behavior and aseptic practices to ensure GMP compliance.
Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and GMP documentation.
Support inspection of manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and quality standards.
Monitor in-process samples and assist in quality assurance activities.
Participate in Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, and Annual Product Quality Review (APQR).
Perform AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspections in the packing department.
Assist in reviewing Warehouse and QC Plasma testing activities.
Support plasma inward verification, sampling procedures, issuance activities, and related documentation.
Maintain IPQA documentation, document control, and archival records.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS
₹2.4L - 3.2L per annum
The estimated salary package ranges from ₹2.4 LPA to ₹3.2 LPA depending on company policies, which represents a competitive market rate for entry-level QA trainees in India's pharmaceutical sector.
