ROLE OVERVIEW

Lead data accuracy, confidence, and stewardship priorities supporting Global Logistics & Network Services with robust data governance.

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • •Leads the development of the Data Strategy associated with strong data connections
  • •Build Data Accuracy governance with PGS wide stakeholders
  • •Manage overall Global Logistics Data Management capabilities as a Business Subject Matter Expert
  • •Lead a team of Data Operations in a hybrid model
  • •Connects Data Operations team with all E2E stakeholders
  • •Instrumental in orchestrating Tier 2 process and standard work across PCTs
  • •Drive Test Management for technical development team
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Senior Director / Global Logistics Head • Manages a team of Data Analysts & Lead Data Analysts

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years within Digital & Technology environment
  • Strong skills in managing extended and virtual teams
  • Extremely strong background in Data Management
  • Hands-on experience in SQL, Tableau, Python, and DATAIKU
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • •Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Logistics operations, Manufacturing
  • •Knowledge on Analytics tools such as Tableau, Creator, ETL
