ROLE OVERVIEW

Director-level clinical operations leadership role responsible for clinical trial delivery across India, from feasibility through site close. ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Deep understanding of the Indian clinical research landscape and regulatory environment
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines
  • Knowledge of Indian clinical research regulations
  • Proven leadership experience in a matrix organization with dotted-line reporting
  • Strong experience in resource planning, vendor management, and operational budgeting
  • Familiarity with site management, site start-up, trial optimization, and central monitoring
