ROLE OVERVIEW
Join Labcorp as a Data Specialist in Bengaluru to maintain clinical databases and ensure high standards of laboratory data integrity.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Create, update, and maintain laboratory tests, test codes, and reference ranges within clinical databases
- •Perform research and analysis for laboratory test data requests and modifications
- •Collaborate with global laboratories to investigate and resolve database-related issues
- •Validate and verify database updates to ensure data integrity and compliance
- •Participate in quality and process improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Understanding of quality systems and SOP-driven environments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Master's Degree in Life Sciences
- •3 years of experience in a laboratory, clinical diagnostics, healthcare, scientific data management, or regulated environment
- •Knowledge of laboratory test methodologies and clinical laboratory terminology
- •Experience working with databases or laboratory information systems
