ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Contribute independently to the development, testing, and deployment of software solutions and data workflows for the data engineering team.
Support end-to-end data preparation, cleaning, and structured analysis for Business Intelligence (BI) and Advanced Analytics applications.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering team members to capture application requirements, design solutions, and implement core application features.
Support and drive innovation initiatives including process/technology automation, technology Proof of Concepts (PoCs), application optimization, and workflow modernization.
Data Engineering & Technical Architecture
Utilize modern programming languages (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript) to build and maintain efficient data pipelines.
Work with data integration tools, ETL processes, and scalable data pipeline architectures.
Leverage cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure to enable robust healthcare and laboratory data solutions.
Translate functional business requirements into granular technical tasks while adhering to consistent, quality-driven development processes.
