ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Contribute independently to the development, testing, and deployment of robust software and data solutions for the data engineering team.
Support end-to-end data preparation, data wrangling, and structured analysis for Business Intelligence (BI) and Advanced Analytics applications.
Collaborate cross-functionally with team members to gather application requirements, design technical specifications, and build data-driven applications.
Participate in innovation initiatives including process automation, proof of concepts (PoCs), technology modernization, and application optimization.
Technical Delivery & Data Architecture
Work with modern programming languages to build and maintain efficient data pipelines and software workflows.
Leverage cloud infrastructure and data integration platforms to support scalable enterprise healthcare data management.
Understand functional business requirements and accurately translate them into granular, high-quality technical tasks and deliverables.
Expand technical skills within automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to streamline laboratory and analytics operations.
