ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Overview

Labcorp is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Project Coordinator to join its team at Brigade Twin Towers in Bangalore, Karnataka. In this entry-level clinical operational support role, you will assist clinical project teams in executing day-to-day study deliverables, ensuring procedural compliance, tracking project documentation, and supporting high-quality laboratory and clinical trial services for global pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Execution: Execute routine daily project coordination tasks in strict compliance with departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and established study timelines.
Documentation & Tracking: Organize, maintain, and archive clinical study and technical project documentation in accordance with regulatory, quality, and departmental standards.
Quality Assurance & Verification: Perform regular quality checks on completed project tasks and operational data to maintain consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
Issue Escalation: Identify operational discrepancies, bottlenecks, or deviations and escalate issues promptly to project leaders and functional management.
Training & Compliance: Complete all assigned technical, procedural, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) compliance trainings within mandatory organizational timeframes.

Working Conditions & Work Schedule

Role is based on-site in a general office setting at Brigade Twin Tower, Bangalore.
Standard tasks involve extensive computer and terminal work during the working day, with rotational shift requirements as determined by project needs.
