ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities & Study Leadership

Serve as the Lead Clinical Data Manager (CDM) or primary study support across designated clinical trial projects, overseeing all end-to-end data management deliverables.
Interpret clinical project protocols and translate protocol requirements into operational data management tasks and timelines for study teams.
Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive Data Management project documentation, Data Management Plans (DMPs), and data validation deliverables in compliance with GCP/GCDMP guidelines.
Track project milestones, monitor key study quality metrics, and produce regular operational status reports for project leadership and sponsors.

Stakeholder Communication & Client Liaison

Act as the primary cross-functional liaison for data management activities, communicating with Project Leads, clinical investigators, and global pharmaceutical clients.
Assist with study resourcing, project hour forecasting, scope management, and the preparation of Contract Modifications for out-of-scope tasks.
Participate in business development initiatives, including RFP bid preparation and representing CDM capabilities in sponsor bid defense meetings.

Mentorship & Operational Excellence

Deliver study-specific training and provide ongoing mentoring to junior data management staff and data coordinators.
Assist with administrative and financial oversight of allocated study accounts to ensure high-quality, audit-ready clinical databases.

Schedule & Work Environment

Operates on a Second Shift (Afternoons) schedule in an office-based environment.
