ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
CM System Readiness & Onboarding: Configure and maintain Centralised Monitoring (CM) environments, setup data sources, establish workspaces, and ensure secure access, stable integrations, and compliant operations for new and ongoing clinical studies.
Functionality Development & Mapping: Gather requirements, program, test, and document lower-complexity CM functionalities. Deliver standard CM feature mapping, validation, and reusable data components to accelerate study start-ups.
Analysis Enablement & Operational Admin: Prepare systems for CM analysis execution across assigned studies. Perform basic system administration including access management, change control, and issue tracking with audit-ready documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Senior CM Data Scientists, statisticians, and clinicians to troubleshoot data and configuration issues, establish shared programming standards, and implement risk-based quality oversight.
Technical & Domain Standards
Data Science & Programming: Hands-on experience or demonstrated proficiency in R or Python programming languages for biomedical and clinical data analysis.
Clinical Data Oversight: Basic understanding of Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM), Centralised Monitoring concepts, and scientific information management.
Leadership & Impact
Trial Safety Oversight: Build early-detection data capabilities to safeguard clinical trial participants and accelerate decision-making across cardiovascular, renal, respiratory, and immunology disease areas.
Process Standardisation: Scale reusable CM components across global study portfolios, reducing turnaround times and ensuring regulatory audit readiness.
