ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Lead and manage Real World Evidence (RWE) programs and observational projects across multi-disciplinary global functions, maintaining detailed project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and budgeting reports.
Coordinate end-to-end study management operational tasks from study preparation through execution to completion, tracking progress via project management tools like eSTRA.
Lead vendor management activities including Request for Proposals (RFP), contract reviews, budget oversight, and milestone tracking.
Facilitate Scientific Review Committee (SRC) processes and lead operational governance meetings across internal and external stakeholder groups.
Manage study-related financial workflows including SHIFT requests, Statements of Work (SOW) submissions, Purchase Order (PO) generation, invoice validation, and budget tracking alongside Sanofi finance, legal, and procurement teams.
Technical & Domain Standards
Ensure all clinical and real-world studies adhere strictly to international regulatory standards, internal compliance procedures, and operational risk controls.
Drive high scientific rigor, standardized methodologies, and consistent quality across all study-related deliverables and communications.
Develop operational metrics, KPIs, and productivity tools to monitor project health, timeline compliance, and continuous delivery optimization.
Leadership & Collaboration
Build and manage robust collaborative relationships with global Medical, Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA), and Commercial business partners.
Actively bridge communications between the Medical Activities Hub and end customers, facilitating transparent discussions, expectation setting, and change management.
Participate in strategic planning, yearly target definitions, and transition of new functional activities into the Sanofi Business Operations center.
