ROLE OVERVIEW
Manage revenue cycle operations and financial processes at Aster Global Centre - India.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Review and process patient billing and insurance claims accurately.
- •Verify patient demographic and insurance information before service delivery.
- •Follow up on unpaid claims and denials with insurance payers.
- •Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies.
- •Maintain compliance with healthcare billing standards and regulations.
- •Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve documentation errors.
- •Generate periodic financial and revenue cycle performance reports.
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to RCM Team Lead • Team size: 5-8

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and financial record-keeping.
- Familiarity with medical billing or healthcare operations is an advantage.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Prior experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or medical billing processes.
- •Knowledge of US healthcare billing or NABH standards.
