ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Support coordination of Medical Education courses and programs.
Develop a basic understanding of marketing and sales-related event coordination, product and procedural knowledge, competitive landscape, key customer groups, and educational program design.
Gather data and information from Medical Education programs and understand related business and medical-education strategies.
Develop understanding of training and Medical Education workstreams, including how training is delivered and why and how customer feedback is collected.
Understand customer profiles and the rationale for engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Develop awareness of budgeting processes, internal branding guidelines, and commonly used internal communication tools.
Communicate information, results, and recommendations clearly and accurately to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Professional Expectations
Work effectively with cross-functional partners and build relationships to bring together ideas, information, use cases, and industry analyses.
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while supporting project completion and regulatory/organizational expectations.
Manage multiple projects and established timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
0+ years of work experience required.
MBA preferred.
Strong presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills preferred.
Ability to persuade stakeholders without direct organizational authority.
Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Work Requirements
Full-time position.
Onsite in Ahmedabad, India.
Travel requirement: 80%.
