ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead statistical programming delivery and strategic capability development at Lilly Research Labs in Bengaluru.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Establish and lead a therapy team/Cross-therapy team as a scientific thought leader for effective clinical study delivery.
- •Assess demand for resources, prioritize work, and resolve scope issues across internal and outsourced projects.
- •Partner with global leaders to drive project decisions related to clinical data execution options.
- •Establish deep technical capabilities at LCCI with supervision of direct reports and diverse skill sets.
- •Ensure all direct reports have a Performance Management and Development plan in place and drive talent retention.
- •Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements (US, EU, Japan, China) and drive continuous improvement of key metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Extensive experience in statistical programming and clinical data analytics within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven leadership experience managing high-performing technical teams and complex portfolios
- Strong expertise in regulatory requirements (US, EU, Japan, China)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Advanced degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related scientific field
- •Demonstrated industry thought leadership
