ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Global pharmaceutical leader Sandoz has announced an exciting opportunity for Analyst – Safety Label Change (SLC) at its Telangana (Hyderabad) location. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Labeling Operations, Quality Operations, Artwork Operations, Supply Chain, or Pharmaceutical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor Safety Label Change implementation milestones across global markets.
Track KPIs and ensure timely execution of safety-related labeling changes.
Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Packaging Sites, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and Patient Safety teams.
Identify compliance risks, implementation delays, and process gaps.
Support CAPA implementation and deviation management.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI presentations.
Maintain documentation, trackers, and governance records.
Support internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, SOPs, and quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Perform advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain large datasets related to safety labeling compliance.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related healthcare discipline.
2–5 years of experience in Safety Label Change, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Labeling Operations, Artwork Operations, Pharmaceutical Operations, Quality Operations, or Supply Chain.
