ROLE OVERVIEW

ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Analyze commercial analytics projects involving marketing mix, forecasting, segmentation and decision-tree analysis
- •Perform promotional return and ROI analysis, resource optimization and price optimization analysis
- •Conduct physician and patient profiling and customer and brand performance analytics
- •Process small and large datasets using appropriate technologies such as Excel, SAS, Python and R
- •Develop understanding of IQVIA databases, consumer offerings and analytical approaches
- •Present analytical findings and recommendations from a business perspective to global stakeholders
- •Collaborate with team members on quality control and project delivery within tight turnaround times
- •Apply advanced analytical techniques including hierarchical models, Bayesian hierarchical models, linear and nonlinear optimization, RNN and CNN approaches
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to the relevant commercial analytics/project leadership team; Works collaboratively with analysts and project team members supporting global stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant educational certification or degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge or proficiency in SAS, R and Python
- Ability to work effectively with others and across organizational teams
- Understanding of fundamental business processes and their impact on decision-making
- Effective time management skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
