ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Looking for the latest Alcon jobs for fresh graduates in India? Alcon is hiring TSE Apprentices for its General Surgical Sales team in Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a bachelor’s degree who are interested in medical device sales, surgical sales, healthcare marketing, and life sciences careers.

The apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in account management, sales execution, operating theatre (OT) support, CRM reporting, inventory management, and customer relationship development. Successful candidates may also receive an opportunity to transition into a full-time Surgical Sales role at Alcon.

Key Responsibilities

Manage approximately 20–25 customer accounts.
Build strong customer relationships.
Drive account-level sales and product adoption.
Conduct product demonstrations.
Provide Operating Theatre (OT) support.
Maintain CRM and Salesforce records.
Support Regional Business Manager (RBM) priorities.
Monitor inventory across assigned branches.
Generate leads within assigned accounts.
Assist in RCS execution.
Support phaco procedure execution initiatives.
Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoM) for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
Track action items until closure.
Maintain CRM and Salesforce compliance.
Follow company SOPs.
Perform Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA).
Analyze sales and market data.
Develop product knowledge and learn clinical applications.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS

₹3.5L - 5.5L per annum
