ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Omega Healthcare has announced a Virtual Interview Drive for Trainee Medical Coder (EM Surgery) positions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh paramedical graduates looking to start a career in medical coding and the healthcare BPO industry. The company is hiring both certified and non-certified medical coding candidates and will provide company-sponsored corporate medical coding training before onboarding eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Reviewing patient medical records.
Assigning accurate ICD and CPT medical codes.
Ensuring coding accuracy according to healthcare guidelines.
Maintaining patient confidentiality.
Supporting healthcare documentation processes.
Learning EM Surgery coding through company-sponsored training.
Delivering quality work within productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Paramedical Graduates only.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Certified and Non-Certified Medical Coding candidates are eligible.
Age should be below 30 years.
Good communication skills.
Willingness to complete corporate training.
Salary & Benefits
₹22,000 CTC per month after successful completion of training.
Company-sponsored Corporate Medical Coding Training (approximately 60 working days).
