ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of technology systems to ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
Lead and support internal and external technology compliance audits, prepare documentation, and track remediation plans.
Perform detailed risk assessments, develop risk mitigation controls, and investigate technology compliance incidents or breaches.
Review, update, and communicate technology compliance policies, procedures, and training materials across cross-functional departments.
Analyze compliance data, generate reports for senior management, and collaborate with IT and legal teams to drive process improvements.
