ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, execute, and document supplier quality audits and compliance assessments for India-based pharmaceutical suppliers in according with GMP and GSK standards.
Evaluate supplier quality risks, deliver risk-based approval recommendations, and establish Quality Assurance Agreements.
Partner with suppliers to define, execute, and verify Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans stemming from audits, complaints, or quality deviations.
Maintain accurate supplier profiles, audit records, and change controls within global supplier management platforms.
Support regulatory inspections and customer audits by acting as a supplier quality subject matter expert.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Operations, R&D, and Quality teams to manage supplier performance and governance.
