ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for lab instrument integration and digital quality initiatives.
Elicit, document, and manage business requirements (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
Define test cases and acceptance criteria, maintaining end-to-end requirements traceability across design, validation, and UAT execution.
Ensure integration solutions for platforms like Scitara DLX, Empower, BIOVIA, MODA, GLIMS, and LabX meet business needs and GxP standards.
Analyze current and future-state lab workflows to optimize processes, improve data integrity, and support digital lab transformation.
Partner with technical analysts, developers, QA, and validation teams to ensure compliance with GxP and SDLC frameworks.
