Sr Legal Manager

Litigation & Authority Representation: Conduct in-depth legal research, advise on routine and complex legal issues, institute and defend litigation across multiple jurisdictions, liaise with statutory/judicial authorities, and coordinate responses to criminal complaints, enquiries, and investigations.

Regulatory & Statutory Advisory: Interpret and enforce pharmaceutical law requirements, competition law compliance, and key statutory frameworks including the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, FCPA, UK Anti-Bribery Act, Environment Protection Act, and Sunshine Act while performing business impact assessments.

Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end contract management including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, archiving agreements, and customising global corporate templates to meet local legal requirements.

Data Privacy & Compliance Governance: Advise on comprehensive data privacy regulations, guide human rights compliance, implement internal policy amendments, and support internal audits.

Training & Capability Building: Conduct legal awareness training and dawn raid simulations across the organization to foster a strong compliance-first culture.

Deep understanding of the Indian pharmaceutical regulatory framework, litigation processes, and international anti-bribery statutes.

Strict adherence to global corporate governance, healthcare compliance ethics, and data protection mandates.
