ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Promote and sell surgical medical devices and ophthalmic equipment to hospitals and surgical centers within assigned territory in Shenzhen.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve territory revenue, volume, and market share targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Provide in-service clinical support, product demonstrations, and technical training during surgical procedures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and hospital procurement processes to identify new business opportunities.
