ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement Data Management & Governance
Support the Global Procurement Data & Analytics organization by managing and maintaining procurement content across platforms, including Buying Portals, Preferred Supplier Lists, and Policy Compliance engines.
Manage and govern regular spend taxonomy refresh cycles to maintain standardized categorization across global spend categories.
Partner with process and capability owners to extract data, deliver insights, and enable strategic sourcing and sustainability initiatives.
Oversee procurement transactions and master data integrity, coordinating with external data providers for data cleansing and enrichment.
Analytics, Dashboards & Reporting
Support the build phase of procurement analytics use cases, including data collection, requirement scoping, prioritization, and insights modeling.
Design, enhance, and distribute routine and ad-hoc procurement dashboards, executive summaries, and spend KPI reports.
Explore and incorporate advanced analytical methodologies, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and AI concepts, to derive deeper insights from procurement data.
Process Optimization & Stakeholder Engagement
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate data workflows, reduce manual reporting overhead, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate closely with global category leads, sourcing managers, and IT engineering squads to translate procurement challenges into data-driven solutions.
