ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Develop and deliver AI-powered solutions that bring medicines to patients faster
- •Build and scale rapidly evolving ML and generative AI pipelines
- •Partner with business and IT groups to operationalize AI solutions
- •Serve as a knowledge expert in foundation models and LLM solutions
- •Design RAG pipelines, chat applications, and custom AI agents
- •Implement MLOps principles and manage model lifecycles in cloud environments

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of experience in data & analytics
- Expertise in developing and deploying generative AI solutions
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow)
- Experience with prompt engineering and vector databases
- Working knowledge of MLOps principles and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Building RAG pipelines, chat applications, and AI agents
- •Experience with LlamaIndex, LangChain, and Hugging Face models
- •Familiarity with vision models and fine-tuning deep learning architectures
