ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Full-Stack Application Development: Design, build, and maintain software solutions across the entire stack, including responsive front-end user interfaces and robust backend logic.
Requirements Analysis & Implementation: Analyze end-user needs and business requirements to implement functional system components and small to medium-sized modules under regular guidance.
Quality Assurance & Code Review: Adhere to established coding standards and quality benchmarks to deliver clean, production-ready code requiring minimal revisions.
Validation & Technical Deliverables: Review functional specifications, design documents, and validation artifacts in alignment with healthcare and life sciences compliance standards.
Team Collaboration & Onboarding: Provide technical peer support and assist in onboarding and mentoring Associate Software Engineers.
Technical & Domain Standards
Strong understanding of modern software design patterns, full-stack application lifecycle, and version control.
Commitment to healthcare data integrity, secure coding principles, and validation practices.
