Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Neuroscience/MS

Promote approved BMS medicines within the assigned Neuroscience/MS territory while meeting sales objectives and maintaining compliance. • Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, regional thought leaders, community physicians, medical groups, and office staff. • Deliver scientifically accurate and balanced clinical discussions using approved resources. • Develop and execute territory and account plans based on customer and market insights. • Conduct in-office educational presentations and coordinate approved external speaker programs. • Collaborate with Medical and other BMS field functions to provide an effective customer experience. • Analyze prescribing trends, market data, HCP preferences, and customer insights to optimize engagement. • Use CRM, CE3, digital communication, and other technology tools for compliant customer management and dynamic call planning. • Maintain current knowledge of approved products and emerging clinical data. • Operate a company-provided vehicle while meeting BMS driver qualification requirements.
