ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and execute performance, verification, and lifecycle testing for next-generation medical device hardware and equipment.
Act as the main technical point of contact between the Test Lab and cross-functional Product Development teams.
Select test equipment, develop novel test methodologies, design custom test fixtures, and set up test systems.
Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), testing standards, laboratory safety practices, and quality documentation.
Coordinate with Metrology, Quality, CAE, and Test Operations teams while managing lab priorities, schedules, and technician handoffs across shifts.
Evaluate, recommend, and maintain engineering-related test systems and recommend updates to product specifications.
