Senior Statistical Programmer

Develop SAS or other statistical programming code for tables, listings, graphs, and derived datasets according to statistical analysis plans and programming specifications. • Perform validation programming and resolve discrepancies with programmers, biostatisticians, and project teams. • Maintain complete programming documentation, testing records, and quality-control materials for inspection readiness. • Manage programming activities across multiple projects and changing priorities. • Develop complex dataset and output specifications based on statistical and sponsor requirements. • Act as lead statistical programmer and direct programming activities of other team members. • Review SAPs, mock shells, programming specifications, annotated CRFs, and SAS database designs. • Participate in sponsor, kickoff, and bid-defense meetings as the statistical programming representative. • Mentor programmers through training, work review, and guidance. • Ensure deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, SOPs, work instructions, and relevant regulatory requirements.
