ROLE OVERVIEW
Join the DSE PI common (PI NeXT) team to test and automate cutting-edge platform-independent networking components for Data Center solutions.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Design scalable test architecture
- •Conduct test case and code reviews
- •Automate networking features using Python
- •Coordinate test planning and execution
- •Partner with cross-functional teams to define test plans
- •Mentor team members on testing methodologies
- •Modernize automation frameworks
- •Adapt to emerging technologies like AI/ML

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MS EE/CS with 6+ years experience or BSEE/CS
- Experience in feature and system level testing of switching/routing platforms
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and L2-L7 protocols
- Automation experience with Python
- Deep knowledge in BGP, VXLAN, EVPN, Multicast, TRM protocols
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Understanding of DC customer deployments
- •Familiarity with software development life cycle
- •Experience with Linux development and debugging tools
- •Understanding of CI/CD integrations
- •Familiarity with GenAI tools
- •Familiarity with virtualization like VMWare ESXI and KVM
