ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as subject matter expert for drug product manufacturing processes within compounding & filling or visual inspection operations.
Manage complex operational topics independently, lead deviation investigations, and establish corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare, review, and approve Master Batch Records and technical manufacturing documentation in compliance with GMP guidelines.
Lead process qualification, continuous improvement, and operational excellence projects while representing technical expertise in regulatory audits.
