Senior Medical Director, Clinical Development (Cardiovascular/Renal/Metabolism - Obesity)

Clinical Development Strategy: Serve as Scientific and Medical Lead for clinical teams, formulating innovative clinical development strategies, designing robust Phase 2/3 clinical trial programs, and guiding early Phase 1 PK/PD and safety characterization for obesity and metabolic comorbidity indications.

Regulatory Submissions & Filings: Lead clinical strategy for global regulatory submissions, health authority briefing packages, INDs, NDAs/BLAs, and formal agency interactions.

Patient Safety & Signal Detection: Safeguard patient safety across clinical trials, collaborate with Global Patient Safety on safety monitoring and post-marketing surveillance signal detection.

Clinical Documentation & Governance: Ensure scientific rigor and medical quality of essential documents including protocols, Investigator’s Brochures (IBs), Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), and regulatory dossiers.

Scientific Communication & Leadership: Partner with discovery research teams to evaluate next-generation targets, plan and execute scientific publication strategies, and lead external interactions with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advisory boards.

Medical Doctor (MD) or equivalent degree with formal clinical training in Endocrinology or Cardiology (board certified or eligible).

Deep understanding of global clinical development pipelines, ICH-GCP standards, and cardiometabolic/obesity therapeutic landscapes.
