ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead hands-on configuration design, SDK development, and lifecycle management for Pfizer global Veeva Vault RIM suite (Registrations, HA Correspondence, Submissions & Publishing).
Perform end-to-end release impact assessments on Veeva Vault RIM capabilities, vendor releases, integrations, and regulatory workflows.
Partner with Quality and Validation teams to deliver compliant configuration changes adhering to Computerized System Validation (CSV) and GxP standards.
Serve as a senior technical configuration authority within a SAFe Agile team, contributing to PI planning, sprint execution, and release deployment.
Collaborate with data and integration engineering teams to enable end-to-end data flows, REST APIs, ETL patterns, and operational reporting.
Establish reusable configuration patterns, technical standards, runbooks, and mentor junior configuration specialists.
