ROLE OVERVIEW
Seeking a Senior Executive - Medical Quality to drive hospital accreditations, conduct clinical audits, manage incident reports, and ensure rigorous patient safety standards.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Support the planning and implementation of all requirements of accreditation including NABH
- •Carry out routine audits of clinical areas and departments and provide actionable feedback
- •Support and implement Quality Improvement (QI) projects and closure of non-conformities
- •Manage serious untoward incidents, complaints, and clinical performance issues to promote patient safety
- •Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incident reports and adverse events followed by CAPA implementation
- •Disseminate, implement, and train staff on organizational medical policies and standards
- •Support the development, periodic review, and improvement of clinical and NABH performance indicators

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 1-5 years of experience in hospital medical quality
- Strong understanding of NABH standards and accreditation processes
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Certification in Healthcare Quality / NABH Auditor course
- •Prior experience in super-speciality hospital quality departments
- •Advanced data analytics and report-writing skills
