ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Execute formal PK/PD data analysis and report writing for clinical studies with a strong emphasis on quality and meeting timelines.
Perform quality control of analyses and outputs (tables, figures, listings, and reports) to ensure accuracy and consistency in accordance with standard processes.
Review and create standardized datasets supporting clinical pharmacology analyses.
Work closely with CPMS data analysts and team members, communicate effectively with project team representatives, and participate cross-functionally.
Ensure review and compliance with all applicable SOPs, business practices, and company policies, adhering to good clinical practices (GCP).
Technical & Domain Standards
Master’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience in clinical pharmacology data analysis with an emphasis on non-compartmental analysis (NCA).
Experience working with clinical pharmacology datasets, ADaM standards, and Phoenix analysis software.
Solid understanding of clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic concepts, and regulatory guidelines.
Leadership & Impact
Contribute to Amgen’s multimodality development portfolio by delivering rigorous clinical pharmacology data analyses and supporting regulatory documentation.
Collaborate seamlessly within cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of clinical study reports.
