ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policies for Medical Analytics operations.
Manage reporting for project-management activities, including project resources, budgets, timelines, follow-ups, and delivery status.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of analytics, dashboards, applications, and IT solutions by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
Develop and maintain apps, dashboards, automated solutions, trackers, and analytical tools according to agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
Monitor adherence to governance protocols and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support audit readiness and participate in internal and external audits when required.
Manage access for applications and IT solutions and ensure appropriate access governance.
Maintain data consistency and quality across applications, dashboards, trackers, and solutions.
Proactively identify analytical, application, and IT-solution requirements and translate stakeholder needs into practical solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives intended to improve operational effectiveness.
Provide training on analytical tools and their usage.
Build advanced tools and automate or improve processes supporting analytical and operational requirements.
Data Quality & Operational Standards
Perform data-quality assessments and identify abnormalities in monitored data.
Develop reports in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate and perform quality-control activities to maintain high delivery standards.
Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the lifecycle of trackers and dashboards.
Develop SOPs for dashboards and other IT solutions.
Stakeholder & Project Management
Work closely with global and local teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions end-to-end.
Maintain effective relationships with internal peers and stakeholders.
Coordinate multiple projects and initiatives while prioritizing requirements and meeting agreed timelines.
Assist with managing medical plans in the project-management system.
Report and follow up on project activities, resources, budgets, and timelines.
Technology & Automation
Explore new features, add-ons, and technologies and assess tools that can improve overall performance in a cost-effective manner.
Leverage technology to create smart solutions and optimize analytical processes.
Work extensively with large datasets and analytical applications.
