ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Dashboard & BI Development: Design, build, automate, and refresh interactive commercial dashboards and business intelligence tools using Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake to synthesize critical business information and support decision-making.
Commercial Insights Generation: Extract and translate complex metrics from existing dashboards and pharmaceutical databases into clear, actionable commercial insights across Global Business Units (GBUs) including Specialty Care, Vaccines, and General Medicines.
Project Delivery & Quality Governance: Lead project delivery milestones ensuring superior data quality, timeliness, and process efficiency; perform rigorous quality checks on self and peer deliverables in adherence to internal compliance and risk controls.
Global Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with global commercial, medical, HEVA, and marketing teams to prioritize analytic requests, set realistic delivery timelines, and drive global reporting standardization.
Continuous Capability Modernization: Employ advanced analytical methods, automated data workflows, and best practices to improve reporting speed, scale, and cross-functional shareability.
Technical & Domain Standards
Strong expertise in relational database technologies, data modeling, and pharmaceutical commercial datasets (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, Veeva, Salesforce).
Comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical commercial value chain spanning sales, marketing, and lifecycle management.
