Senior AI Copilot Engineer

Copilot & Agent Architecture: Design, build, and deploy custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI to automate enterprise business workflows.

RAG & Grounding Pipelines: Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) agent solutions using Azure Cognitive Search, vector databases, custom connectors, prompt chaining, and semantic memory systems.

Enterprise Power Platform & Integration: Develop custom Power Apps, automated Power Automate flows, Dataverse extensions, and Agent-to-Agent (A2A/MCP) communication frameworks.

Governance & AI Standards: Ensure strict alignment with Responsible AI guidelines, data privacy rules, prompt evaluation metrics, MLOps lifecycle practices, and enterprise security frameworks.

AI & Azure Stack: Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, vector search, and custom Copilot extensions.

Development & Scripting: Strong proficiency with Python, C#, TypeScript, Power Platform, SPFx (SharePoint Framework), Microsoft Graph APIs, and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

POC to Production: Build scalable proofs-of-concept (POCs) and transform them into enterprise-wide AI agent solutions that drive measurable business efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to operationalize modern AI initiatives across global biopharma operations.
