SAP Basis Senior Analyst

SAP System Administration & Operations: Administer and maintain enterprise-scale SAP landscapes across DEV, QA, and PROD environments; lead system copies, client refreshes, kernel patching, Support Package Stack (SPS) implementations, and SUM/SWPM executions.

Performance Tuning & Escalation Support: Perform advanced performance tuning, memory management, workload analysis, and capacity planning; act as a senior technical escalation lead conducting structured root-cause analysis (RCA) for complex production incidents.

AIOps & Intelligent Observability: Implement AIOps, predictive telemetry, and event-correlation monitoring across SAP application, HANA database, OS, and cloud infrastructure layers to proactively eliminate downtime.

Cloud, HANA & Modernization: Support SAP deployments across hybrid/cloud platforms (RISE with SAP, AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP BTP; drive S/4HANA optimization, platform migrations, and landscape simplification.

Transport & Change Governance: Oversee Transport Management System (TMS) release coordination, maintenance window planning, and ITIL-aligned change management.

Security & Audit Compliance: Coordinate with SAP Security and GRC teams to support SOX ITGC controls, user access reviews, continuous compliance monitoring, and automated evidence collection.

Comprehensive mastery of SAP NetWeaver, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP HANA database administration.

Deep knowledge of SAP monitoring transactions (ST03N, STAD, SM21, SM50, DBA Cockpit), SAP Cloud ALM, and high availability/disaster recovery (HA/DR) architectures.
