ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Dr. Reddy's Laboratories is hiring experienced professionals for its Biologics Bioanalytical Department. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a Master's degree in Life Sciences and experience in ELISA, Ligand Binding Assays, MSD, Immunogenicity, Pharmacokinetics, and Bioanalytical Method Development.
Key Responsibilities
Perform ELISA (Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay) experiments.
Support Ligand Binding Assay (LBA) method development.
Conduct Method Validation activities.
Perform Pharmacokinetic (PK) sample analysis.
Support Immunogenicity Assays.
Conduct Pharmacodynamic (PD) studies.
Work on Meso Scale Discovery (MSD) platform.
Execute Cell-Based Immunoassays.
Perform experiments using FACS (Flow Cytometry).
Maintain records in LIMS and Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN).
Ensure accurate documentation according to SOPs.
Maintain laboratory equipment through calibration and preventive maintenance.
Present scientific findings during departmental meetings.
Follow GLP, SOPs, and quality compliance requirements.
