ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Summary
Support Category Innovation & Growth projects by delivering defined regulatory activities for cosmetic products and either medical device or medicines products.
Support regulatory strategy development and execute regulatory activities for global innovation and growth projects within assigned portfolios and categories.
Regulatory Strategy & Product Development
Provide regulatory input to new product development, geographic expansion, and existing product innovation.
Contribute to regulatory strategy development for innovation projects across markets in scope.
Gather and draft regulatory requirements, identify pathways to market, and assess supportable product claims.
Support regulatory activities for assigned consumer healthcare/self-care portfolios across relevant global markets.
Technical Documentation & Labelling
Prepare technical-documentation components for regulatory submissions and Product Information Files (PIFs) in accordance with document-management processes.
Support master-label and artwork development.
Review product claims from a regulatory perspective.
Registration & Regulatory Authority Interaction
Support registration and notification procedures for certification of new products.
Communicate with Notified Bodies and regulatory authorities when required.
Manage central Cosmetic Product Notifications.
Due Diligence & Lifecycle Management
Support due-diligence activities and gap-analysis assessments.
Support smooth handover and transition to Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities following initial product launch.
Regulatory Intelligence & Development
Build and maintain regulatory knowledge through regulatory intelligence, training, and professional networking.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a relevant scientific/technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years of Regulatory Affairs experience, with position level dependent on experience.
Expertise in Cosmetic Product Regulation.
Practical Regulatory Affairs experience for medical devices or medicines within consumer healthcare or self-care.
Experience covering EU, US, or other relevant markets.
Fluent English.
