ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sanofi, one of the world’s leading healthcare companies, is inviting applications for the position of Project Specialist – Global Meetings & Events at its Hyderabad office.
Key Responsibilities
Support scientific meetings and external expert engagement activities.
Process contracts and required documentation within defined timelines.
Coordinate with country approvers, event leads, and external experts.
Track multiple ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Manage complex contracting workflows and vendor onboarding.
Coordinate hotel bookings, travel logistics, venue arrangements, and event operations.
Plan scientific meetings and identify project risks with mitigation strategies.
Oversee attendee registration, speaker coordination, audiovisual requirements, and meeting technology.
Manage budgets, financial reconciliation, and post-event reporting.
Provide technical support for Veeva Vault CRM Events Management, SpotMe, Cvent, and related event platforms.
Train stakeholders and team members on end-to-end meeting management processes.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in any discipline (Life Sciences qualification preferred).
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
Excellent analytical, planning, and English communication skills.
