ROLE OVERVIEW
Production Planning Expert responsible for end-to-end planning and coordination of New Product Introduction and Development projects at the Jigani site, including resource planning, ERP master data governance, cross-functional coordination, and structured handover to routine planning.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Own end-to-end planning and coordination of New Product Introduction and Development projects
- •manage resource planning and structured handover of new products to routine planning teams
- •govern new-product master data within ERP systems and validate BOMs, routings and planning parameters
- •coordinate Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality and R&D stakeholders to resolve material, capacity and quality-release bottlenecks

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or project management within manufacturing
- hands-on NPDI experience
- ERP master data management experience
- strong organizational and project management abilities
- strong cross-functional communication and influencing skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- fluent written and spoken English
