ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited is inviting applications from experienced pharmaceutical professionals for multiple Sterile Operations positions at its Visakhapatnam (Duvvada & Pydibhimavaram) manufacturing facilities. This recruitment drive offers excellent career opportunities for candidates with 3–8 years of experience in injectable manufacturing, engineering, packing, filling, instrumentation, and quality control.
Open Positions & Responsibilities
Team Member – Production Filling:
Perform aseptic vial and cartridge filling operations.
Operate Lyophilizers and Isolators.
Handle vial washing, depyrogenation tunnels, and autoclaves.
Ensure compliance with sterile manufacturing SOPs and cGMP requirements.
Team Member – Production Compounding:
Injectable solution preparation.
CIP and SIP execution.
Vessel preparation and filtration.
Equipment cleaning and sanitization.
Maintain GMP documentation.
Team Member – Engineering (Process & Mechanical):
Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Maintenance of filling lines, BFS equipment, Lyophilizers and Isolators.
Troubleshooting mechanical issues.
Support production equipment reliability.
Team Member – Engineering (Utilities):
Maintenance and operations of HVAC Systems, Purified Water Systems, Water for Injection (WFI), Clean Steam Systems, Compressed Air, Nitrogen Systems, Chillers, Boilers, DG Sets, and Electrical Systems.
Team Member – Qualifications:
Qualification and validation activities (SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment including Autoclaves, Tunnel, Filling Machines, Capping Machines, Lyophilizers, and Washing Machines.
Team Member – Packing & Visual Inspection:
Injectable packing operations, visual inspection, labeling, serialization (Track & Trace), auto-cartoning, leak detection, and secondary packaging.
Team Member – Instrumentation:
Handling PLC & SCADA, Automation Systems, Pressure/Flow/Temperature Instruments, Autoclaves, Lyophilizers, Filling Lines, and Utilities Maintenance.
Team Member – Quality Control (Chemical):
HPLC Analysis, GC Analysis, Karl Fischer Testing, UV & IR Analysis, Stability Studies, Documentation, cGMP & GDP Compliance.
Educational Qualification
Diploma, B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, B.Sc, or M.Sc.
Experience Required
3–8 Years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS
₹7.0L - 9.5L per annum
