ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide hands-on engineering support for day-to-day manufacturing, troubleshooting equipment, process, test, and calibration issues on the shop floor.
Conduct root-cause investigations for manufacturing problems and implement effective technical resolutions.
Identify and execute opportunities to optimize quality, product yield, process stability, and production throughput.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, NPI, Systems, and R&D teams while participating in daily production syncs.
Draft and maintain technical documentation, including Work Instructions, rework procedures, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
Support engineering trials, continuous improvement initiatives, and proactive escalation of safety or quality risks.
