ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities & Business Analysis
Assist in gathering and documenting functional business requirements, translating business workflows into technical system solutions across enterprise applications.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across clinical operations, finance, procurement, and IT to clarify business priorities and functional specifications.
Support the configuration, maintenance, and regular operational monitoring of enterprise software modules and platform tools.
Assist in end-to-end data migration initiatives, executing structured data validation, verification routines, and data quality audits.
Testing, Integration & Operational Support
Assist with cross-application integrations connecting clinical trial systems, ERP, finance, and procurement tools.
Draft test scenarios, build test scripts, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) along with deployment support.
Troubleshoot routine application defects, triage platform errors, and escalate critical technical issues to specialized engineering squads.
Author and maintain comprehensive user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and functional process documentation.
Generate basic operational dashboards and status reports leveraging reporting and business intelligence platforms.
Shift Timings & Work Environment
Operates on a regular afternoon/evening shift schedule from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST in a hybrid work arrangement.
