Principal IT Project Lead

Strategic Leadership & Roadmapping: Lead strategic, cross-functional IT and transformation initiatives in Supply Chain Planning across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Manufacturing. Partner with executive leadership to shape long-term digital roadmaps aligned with enterprise goals.

Program Governance & Delivery Excellence: Establish and maintain program governance frameworks, operating rhythms, and executive reporting mechanisms. Manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and overall portfolio health using enterprise project management tools.

Business Transformation & AI Enablement: Act as a trusted advisor to global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement leadership. Champion the adoption of digital solutions, AI, automation, and advanced analytics to optimize planning effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Financial Performance & Benefits Management: Develop business cases, funding proposals, and investment recommendations. Manage portfolio financial performance, budget forecasting, and value realization metrics to ensure clear return on investment.

Organizational Mentorship & PMO Maturity: Mentor project managers and emerging leaders across global teams, driving continuous improvement in project/portfolio management practices and PMO maturity.

Supply Chain Planning Platforms: Demonstrated experience with enterprise planning platforms such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, OMP, or SAP APO.

Certifications & Frameworks: Preferred PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent enterprise project management certifications.

Executive Stakeholder Influence: Lead steering committees and influence senior business and IT stakeholders without direct authority across global regions.

Enterprise Transformation: Drive end-to-end digital transformation and process alignment across global planning, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
