Principal AI Engineer

Autonomous Agent Orchestration: Design, build, and deploy multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and Autogen, featuring complex state machines, conditional routing, parallel execution, and error recovery.

Production API & Streaming Architecture: Develop high-performance, production-grade FastAPI web applications using async I/O, PostgreSQL, Redis checkpointing, and real-time streaming via Server-Sent Events (SSE) and WebSockets.

LLM & Tool Integration: Integrate multi-cloud LLM providers (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, GPT-4) and design tool-calling interfaces (Model Context Protocol, function calling) alongside dynamic prompt management platforms.

LLMOps, Observability & Governance: Implement observability platforms (Langfuse, LangSmith) for trace telemetry, agent performance evaluation, and cost optimization, while ensuring strict compliance with Responsible AI, LDAP/SSO, and data security standards.

Agentic Frameworks & Python: Deep expertise in async Python programming (asyncio), LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, Autogen, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and ReAct/Plan-and-Execute design patterns.

Infrastructure & Cloud: Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Docker, Redis, PostgreSQL, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and CI/CD pipelines.

Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers on modern async Python practices, LLMOps architectures, and agentic design standards.

Cross-Functional Innovation: Collaborate with global data engineers, UX teams, and biopharma business partners to convert complex operational requirements into scalable multi-agent systems.
