ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities & Patient Data Analytics
Join IQVIA's Patient Access & Support Services (PASS) analytics group to analyze large-scale secondary healthcare datasets, savings program transactions, and longitudinal claims data.
Utilize SQL querying and advanced Excel modeling to uncover trends, derive meaningful business conclusions, and deliver actionable insights for life sciences clients.
Develop, enhance, and maintain interactive reporting dashboards and visual forecasting tools using Power BI.
Client Engagement & Project Delivery
Coordinate directly with global pharmaceutical clients and internal account management teams to fulfill scheduled and ad-hoc analytical requests.
Synthesize complex healthcare analyses into clear PowerPoint presentations, executive reports, and client deliverables.
Deliver presentations and findings to executive client audiences via teleconferences and virtual review meetings.
Take active ownership of project deliverables while collaborating with and mentoring junior team members on data rigor and best practices.
