ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Own container management for open-source multilingual and data-quality tooling by building and maintaining Docker/Kubernetes images and deployment pipelines.
Establish internal package repositories and mirrors (e.g., CRAN, PyPI, Artifactory) to manage dependencies, licensing, and versioning across R and Python.
Drive open-source compliance including license scanning, vulnerability management, SBOM generation, and risk assessment policy enforcement.
Engage with life sciences open-source communities like Pharmaverse and PHUSE, contributing code and bringing external best practices into the enterprise.
